Harold Eugene “Hal” Cunningham, Jr.

Mr. Harold Eugene “Hal” Cunningham Jr. age 65, of Nashville, TN passed away on July 26, 2022. Hal was born on May 18, 1957 to Harold Eugene Cunningham Sr. and the late Wilma Jenkins Cunningham. He was a 1975 graduate from Montgomery Bell Academy and received his bachelor's degree from David Lipscomb College. Hal deeply loved Jesus and his family. Hal was known for being selfless and found great joy in serving others. He took great pride in all the roles in which he served throughout his life. Words cannot express how amazing he was. Survivors include his wife, Summer Elizabeth Cunningham, children: Caitlin Cunningham, Kellee (Sear) Lopez, and Harold Eugene “Trey” Cunningham III, grandchildren: Sear, Kai and Ivan Lopez; siblings: Monte Cunningham, Donna (John) Altshuler, Arnold "Arnie" Cunningham and Troy (Nancy) Cunningham; nieces: Chloe Kaspar, Phoebe Cunningham, Sofia Cunningham and Ava Cunningham, nephew: Grant Altshuler. Visitation with the family and friends will begin on Saturday, August 6, 2022, from 8:00 am until service time at 10:00 am to be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN 37221. Interment Jenkins Family Cemetery, Hickman County, TN.
