Evelyn Is survived by Son Bill Proctor and his wife Sheryll, Daughter Jody Smith and her husband Bill,
Grandchildren Brian Sarmento, Molly Zirkle and husband Jon, and David Proctor Step Grandchildren Chris Smith and Chuck Smith
Great grandchildren Michael Sarmento and Kaitlin Zirkle Step great grandchildren Lily Smith and Emma Smith.
Visitation will be held Monday September 27 at Harpeth Hills from 9-11 am with a celebration of life to be held at 11 am
