He is survived by his mother, Mamie Lampley; father, Leroy Lampley; sisters, Linda Lou Edwards (Billy) and Brenda Sue Miller; nephews, Lee Edwards (Teresa), Randy Winstead (Tara) and Adam Winstead; niece, Sabrina McRoy; great-nieces, Nina Marie Edwards and Hannah Elizabeth Edwards; great-nephew, Payton Winstead; great great-niece, Sadie McRoy.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 18, 2016 at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, 9090 Hwy 100 Nashville, TN 37221
