Elliott "Hot" Spain Kestner, passed away peacefully in Nashville, TN, on September 15, 2024. Born on February 13, 1932, Hot’s journey began in the heart of Bellevue, where he would go on to create life filled with passion and devotion.

He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
A proud graduate of Cohn High School, Hot's enterprising spirit led him to venture into various fields, finding his niche in real estate, he dedicated himself to selling farms and enjoying the outdoors.
Hot honorably served in the Navy during the Korean War aboard the U.S.S. Stoddard. Upon returning home, he found his greatest joy in the marriage he shared with Ruth, which lasted nearly 74 years. The heartbreaking loss of Ruth just two months prior to his own passing left a void that few can comprehend, yet it also brings solace to know they are now reunited.
As a man with a green thumb, Hot found solace and joy in farm life and the great outdoors. His love for hunting and farming brought him closer to nature.
