Elise Chester

Elise Chester, age 84, passed away on May 31, 2023, in Dickson, Tennessee. She was born to Joseph and Florence Richardson on May 4, 1939. Elise was known as a godly woman that adored her family and surrounded her grandchildren and great-grandchildren with endless love. She enjoyed the natural beauty of flowers and having fun with her puzzles.

Elise is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph, and Florence Richardson; husband, Austin Chester; sister, Nell Browning; brothers, Leo Richardson and William (Bill) Richardson.

Elise is survived by her sons, Jeff Threet (Melissa), Allen Sims, Steven Sims (Amy Jo); sisters, Betty Tomlinson, and Patricia Lampley; grandkids, Matt, Brittany, Josh, Kaylee, Zack, and Tristin; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, June 2, 2023 from 1:30pm until 3:30pm with a Celebration of Life at 3:30pm all held in the chapel of Harpeth Hills Funeral Home 9090 Highway 100 Nashville, TN 37221.
