Donna Cole

Donna Cole, 60, of Fairview, Tennessee, passed away August 4, 2022, with her family by her side.

She was born to James and the late Gretel Fischer, May 19, 1962, in Nashville, Tennessee. Donna graduated from Fairview High School in 1980 and received an associates degree in Accounting and Business Management from Nashville Tech.

Donna is survived by her children: Andrew Ruhlander (Jennifer), of Nunnelly; Jenna Young (Joey), of Clarksville. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Ella, Leeland, Sophia, Joe, James, and Rowan. She is also survived by her father, James Fischer; sisters Marion White (Donnie) and Barbara Gatlin; and brother, Jimmy Fischer (Julie); and many well-loved nieces and nephews. Donna was preceded in death by her mother, Gretel Fischer.

Donna was a hardworking, strong woman who lovingly raised two kids. She was most known for her beautiful smile and welcoming heart. She loved listening to music, and she passed her appreciation of music to her family. Donna was a traveler at heart and longed for the sun, the mountains and the beach. She was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27th from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm with a Celebration of Life starting at 1:00 pm all held at the Pavilion at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home 9090 Hwy 100 Nashville, TN 37221.
