David Blackburn

David Viehe Blackburn passed away on April 9, 2021 at the age of 79. He was born October 27, 1941 and was preceded in death by Dr. and Mrs. Winfrey P. Blackburn of Frankfurt, Kentucky, and brother Dr. John P. Blackburn(Donna) of Bowling Green, Kentucky. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Kay Blackburn of Nashville, Tennessee, daughter Carol Blackburn Brons (Brian Brons) and Grandchildren Scott and Anna Grace Brons of Brentwood Tennessee. He is also survived by his brothers Dr. James E. Blackburn (Pat) of Lynchburg, Virginia, and Winfrey P. Blackburn, Jr. of Louisville, Ky. He graduated from Shorter College in Rome, Georgia. He got his Masters of Business at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was a member of Forest Hills Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend and will be greatly missed.
