Damion Adam Pruett, born on June 20, 1972, in Shelbyville, Tennessee, passed away on September 5, 2024. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Tera Pruett, with whom he shared thirty wonderful years of marriage. Together they raised two children, Brandy Pruett and Brad Pruett. Damion took pride in being a grandfather to Nathaniel, Nicholas, Makayla, and Sophia, and his joy in their companionship was evident to all who knew him. In his career, Damion became a part of the James Greer painting family working with them for twenty years.

Damion was not only a loving husband and father but also a cherished son to Vanessa Newsom, and a caring brother to Thomas Watson. Throughout his life, he embraced the simple pleasures that brought him joy including Nascar racing, fishing, camping, and enjoying bonfires. His love for his cat, Lucy, and his enthusiasm for music was something that he shared with his family.

As friends and family come together to honor Damion's life, they will do so at Harpeth Hills Memory Garden, Funeral Home, & Cremation Center in Nashville. Visitation will take place on September 10, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, followed by a funeral service celebrating his life at 1:30 PM.
