Charles Leon Wright Jr.

Charles Leon Wright, Jr. age 50, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away peacefully on May 26, 2022. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Leon Wright, Sr., and his aunt, Josephine Lyles. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Tifanie Wright, children; Chase Wright and Morgan Wright, mother; Barbee Jean Wright, and sister, Connie Freeman.

Leon was an accomplished engineer and truly enjoyed collaborating with colleagues on projects across the United States. His colleagues frequently commented on the knowledge, experience, and professionalism that Leon brought to each project and the value he added. One co-worker said, "I'm not sure if they broke the mold when Leon came along, but it was surely damaged."

Leon was most importantly a loving husband, father and friend. While he enjoyed golfing, fishing, pie making and working around the house, his first love was his family. To him, his number one priority in life was to be a strong, supportive and present husband, father, son, brother and friend in any way that he was needed.

There will be visitation Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 3:00pm until 7:00pm and Wednesday, June 1, from 9:00am until 10:00am with a Celebration of Life and burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
