Preceded in death by beloved husband, R. Hutton Buchanan; parents, Hubert and Myrtle Sims of Fayetteville, TN; sister, Lynda Kay Sims Carter of Nashville, TN.
Survived by niece, Tippy Carter, nephew, Bradley Carter and beloved friend and business partner, Enrique Arambula/Perez and family, all of Nashville, Tennessee. Carolyn and Hutton operated Hutton Stone, Inc. after she left the insurance business where she was known as C. Hall.
A Celebration of Life Service will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 hwy 100, Nashville, (615) 646-9292 www.harpethhills.com
