Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband of 23 years, Scott Dowdy; son Keith Smith; daughter Kelcy Dowdy; grandchildren Aurella Stokes and Katie May Smith.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 23, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. thru 4:00 p.m. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
