Bridgett Lynn Heil - Age 47, of Fairview, passed away August 3, 2020.
Bridgett was a fierce advocate for anyone who needed one. She was a volunteer and leader for Mama Dragons. She made sure no one ever felt alone. As a nurse, she held the hands of victims of AIDS epidemic and stayed with them through their last moments. As a mother, she never shielded her son from the world, but held his hand as he navigated it. Some of her favorite places included, in the outdoors just before a storm, at pride rallies, a cozy bed, anywhere with animals and in a kitchen cooking for her family. She was a lover and fighter and will be remembered from all the lives and families she touched.
Survived by her loving son Zachariah Chance Heil; parents Patricia and Robert Heil; brother Martin E Heil; beloved pets Schmitty, Oliver and Gigi.
