Preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Ann Crouch.
Survived by his sons, Michael L. Crouch (Donna) and Timothy E. Crouch (Margie); grandchildren, Tina, Lauren, Rachel, Sarah, Ryan and Christopher; great-grandchildren, Justin, Lily, Bryn, Savanna and Georgia.
He was a member of Charlotte Ave. Church of Christ.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Monday at HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville (615) 646-9292 www.harpethhills.com
