Bettye was born March 7, 1940, in Nashville, TN to the late Adron and Johnetta Carver. Bettye is survived by her daughter, Cheryl; son, Richard; her four grandchildren and her nine great grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling, exercising, gardening, meeting new people, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
