Betty Carroll "Betty Blue" Green

Betty Carroll Green "Betty Blue" age 79, of Franklin, TN passed away on August 17, 2022 after an extended illness.

Preceded in death by her loving husband Paul Thomas Green, father; Hooper Howell, mother; Annell Tansil Howell Bennett, and brother; Johnny Lee Howell.

She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Green Harper, sons; Billy Joe (Stacy) Green, Tony (Sharon) Green, brother; Steve Bennett, sisters; Shelia Crutcher and Lila Caldwell (Glenn) Briley.

Betty was a very loved “Memaw” to, four grandsons, Johnathon and Jordan Harper, Anthony (Lindsey) Green, Corey (Katherine) Green. She had six great-grandchildren, Kylee, Karson, Ainsley, Aiden, Grady, and Norah.

There are great memories that could be shared but, one of which is with the special bond she had with Vickie. They would wake up at midnight, eat popcorn, watch Two Broke Girls, laugh, and hold hands as they went to sleep. She loved to dance, she loved music, and she loved her family, Memories that we cherish will always be in the hearts of her family and friends. She was a retired warehouse worker for 35 years.

Our family would like to thank the staff at Williamson Medical Center for the grace and constant care throughout her illness. You are all important factors in her long-fought battle.

Arrangements by Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens. At her request there will not be any service. Cards of condolences are welcome.
