Arthur Bandy Wenning was born on July 15, 1942, in Nashville, Tennessee. He passed away on March 4, 2026. Arthur dedicated his career as a computer programmer for IBM and National Life Insurance Company and was known for his technical skills and dedication to his work.

He served in the Navy, reflecting his commitment to his country. Arthur had a passion for cars and guns, interests that brought him much enjoyment throughout his life.

He leaves behind three nephews: John Burk Hardin Jr. Jonathan Wenning Hardin, and William Hardin Lyle Davis.

Arthur was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 35 years, Donna Windham Wenning. He also mourned the loss of his daughter, Laura Wenning, who passed away in 2007. His mother, Ursula Corinne Bandy, his father, Nicholas Arthur Wenning, and his sister, Laetitia Wenning Hardin, also predeceased him.

Arthur's memory will be cherished by his family and those who knew him.
