Allan enjoyed jogging and participated in several half marathons throughout his life. As a volunteer for Nashville PRIDE, Allan worked his way up to president of PRIDE in 2013. He also volunteered his time in the PFLAG-Franklin chapter. Allan loved gardening, yardwork and being a father to his son Dean.
