William Noland “Sonny”- Age 79, February 3, 2018.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Lottie Noland; six sisters.

Survived by his wife of 59 years, Donna Noland; children, Donnie Noland (Samantha); grandchildren, Sydnei, Whitley, Drew and Brady Noland.

He was a Nashville Metro Fireman and retired after 26 years.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Children’s Hospital, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Alive Hospice.

A visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville.

    Hi my name is Leila Dixon I worked with Sonny at Sam’s Club for a couple years. And he would always stop by and talk to me at Wal-Mart here in Fairview after I transferred. I just want you guys to know that I’m so very sorry for your loss he was such a good person spunk and I’m sorry that you and your family are going threw this prayers to you all.

      Hello, My name is Jason Fisher! I worked with Sunny for a couple of years at Sam’s Club in Bellevue Tn. Sunny was an awesome associate with a joke to tell all. I will miss his laughter and great smile. It broke my heart to find out that Sunny passed away. May his great memories of him stay deep down in our hearts. Sunny I love you man and glad I was able to work with you. Its not the end of the world! God has a place for Sunny which is unimaginable to the naked eye. Sunny is in Paradise! Gods awesome kingdom. May Sunny rest in peace and Endure what God has in store for him. Love you always Sunny! My prayers goes out to the family. Remember Sunny to open up those angel wings and fly high!

    I’m so sorry to hear this! He was a true friend to me! He made me laugh so much when I worked at Sam’s Club. We shared some great stories! May he R.I.P! Fly high my friend! You’ll be truly missed!

    Hi, im Mary and worked with Sonny for years at Sams Club. Sonny, you were loved by everyone that worked with you at Sam’s Club. You always made everyone laugh and smile. And even when you were in pain, you smiled and joked and never had a bad day! You were my little buddy and I love you and will miss you! May you fly high with the angels and keep watch over everyone here, until we meet again! 💜
