William “Billy” Robert Toy of Fairview, Tennessee, passed away at his residence on Monday, March 23, 2020; he was 79 years old.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Sherman and Bertha Lee Anderson Toy; sons, Robert Wayne Toy, and Shannon Ray Hall; brothers, Lester and Lex Toy; and sisters, Cena Patterson and Florence Sweet.
Survivors include Wife, Norma Hall Toy; sons William Eugene Toy (Carrie) and Jimmy Lee Toy; daughter, Tonya Gayle Pratt (Kevin); Fourteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and sister, Josephine Bates.
A graveside service will be held at the Willow Springs Cemetery in Lyles, Tennessee, on Thursday, March 26, 2020.

    I only knew Billy for a short time his brother Lester and I was very good friends I was always glad to see Billy walk through the doors at old path Baptist Church he sure seemed to enjoy him self he was a blessing to us I pray that God sends you peace and comfort now and in the days to come if we the church can be of any assistance to you please let us know pastor Henry God Bless

    Sorry to here about your loss. Billy and I were friends for years and I just got the news today and I was at the grave site but I did not get out off the car I was in the white SUV watching the burial.
