To Evelyn, and all her family — We are so sorry for Roy’s passing, but we know he has a hope and so do we of a better place, where he will never be in pain anymore. We know you all will miss him very much. Our prayers are that God will comfort you at this time of loss. We will always remember the years we worshipped with you all at Jackson Temple Church of Christ.. God Bless You All, and always remember the good times we have had in the past, and may your tears of sadness be wiped away and your memories of Roy bring joy to your heart. In Christian Love, Bro. Wilson and Sis. Margaret Jenkins.

You probably don’t remember me, but I worked with you and Roy at Costco in West Nashville, 2008-2009.

I’m so sorry to hear the news of his passing.
When I worked with you all, I was at one of the lowest points of my life, my (now ex) wife and I had lost our home after the ‘08 “crash” and we relocated to Nashville in search of job opportunities. I can honestly say that working with you and Roy was always so uplifting and brightened some actually dark days. Thanks to you both for being a light on a time there wasn’t much for me.

You and Roy are some of the finest people I’ve ever met. To this day, I still remember and quote some of the very wise things that he said to me. ☺️

Sending my love and condolences to you and your family. ❤️
