He loved music and has been known to play a mean dashboard bass for Boston or Ted Nugent. More recently you could find him bickering with his sweet Aunt Jody in between episodes of Ghost Hunters or the NASCAR race. Marty was a devoted father to his daughter, Amanda, and his favorite times were those spent with family and friends.

I did not know Marty personally but I do know that Jason, Beth and Ellery thought the world of him. Therefore, I know that he must have been a fantastic uncle and friend to many people. Prayers for this family.

Love you Uncle Marty. You were always silly, always loving, and always the believer in us! Thank you for showing us lighthearted smile, jokes, and those crazy, but silly Halloween masks. You had a joyful light, and I’ll never forget you.

Condolences to the Gaddes family and friends of Marty. Words of comfort are hard to find. Just remember Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) invites you to throw your burdens on Him and He will sustain you in your time of grief. (Psalms 34:18)
