Zoooooooo mooi! What a man! What a life super well lived! And no half work never ever :-). Such beautiful memories of very special times and a lot to be thankful for. One could not but love him, his kindness and the insatiable artist and adventurer he was.

I was so shocked to receive this sad news. Watching the video brought tears to my eyes, more than once. I recall the wonderful times we spent together with you and your family in Belgium, more than 40 years ago now. Your hospitality and your inspiring talent will never be forgotten. You lived a Lloyd Loar Life, Joseph. May you rest in peace.

And Angela, Jos and Mimi (what great children you have!), be safe there over the Atlantic.
