I’ve known Mr. McGinley for close to 35 years. He was the office supply salesman for the three law firms I have worked with, traveling from the west side of Nashville and to Brentwood! However, I knew him better through his work with his church and Big Brothers of Nashville. Mr. Jim was a sweet and kind person. Always willing to help someone. It was fun watching the Big Brothers annual paper sale auction where the folks “bid” on their territories. Mr. Jim will be missed.

As other people have said Jim was a kind and generous person he helped several of the homeless by giving them clothes and pouring them a cup of coffee the world is missing a very caring person and a honest person by all means would love to be able to go over to his house and have a cup of tea
