I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of Dale. I worked with Dale at BCI and remember him as approachable, kind & patient. I will never forget the sound of his cell phone ring tone “barking beagle hound”. It was a real attention getter in the office! He will be missed and fondly remembered.

I am so very sorry for your family’s loss. Although Dale & I hadn’t been in touch for several years, I fondly remember him as being a genuinely kind, thoughtful & compassionate person. He would go into every new project, or interest, with a huge amount of enthusiasm. He almost always had a smile on his face & went to great lengths to ensure that those around him did as well. I’ve no doubt that many people were proud to call him their friend. Prayers for peace & healing for your entire family.

I worked with Dale at BCI for quite a few years. I would always appreciate his kindness and willingness to help anyone on anything. He had a great smile on his face even during our company busy times, he just wanted to share happiness. He would just pop in my cubicle when walking by even if he didn’t need anything just to say “Hi” cause that was Dale! Prayers of comfort and peace to all of Dale’s family and friends as I know he will be greatly missed by all. I am sure he will have a watchful eye from above on all of us and heaven gained a good one for sure.

Dale and I lost touch over the last 20 years or so, but during the late 1980’s and 1990’s he was my business partner and musical partner. Dale was like a brother to me during those years. He was kind and funny and always upbeat. My thoughts and prayers to his family. Love you, bro.

We were shocked and greatly saddened to learn of Dale’s passing. He was fun, smart, kind, thoughtful and gosh he loved his dog. We laughed about that dog’s bark and antics. Although we met at work, what I remember most about Dale were things completely not related to work but our shared love of reading, gardening, family, and dogs. It’s impossible to think of him without seeing his huge smile and twinkling eyes. Dale, you’ll forever be in our hearts. Rest in peace.

Dale brought me into BCI to do a one week project about 3 1/2 years and which it has never really ended. He was a great guy to work with and he always took on problems as opportunities to learn. He will be missed.

Dale was such a kind individual, I did not get to know him for very long after his departure from work. What I do remember was his kindness and his willingness to teach me and learn with me on projects that were new or had the potential to operate better. Dale on of the first managers at work to acknowledge my work ethic. Dale was also the first person to introduce me to retraining my dog lucky. He was just so kind and gentle and over all inspiring with how genuine he was with everyone regardless of what he was going through personally. The world needed more Dale’s in the world!

Hard to express my sadness when I learned of Dale’s passing. To his family, I hold you in my heart. Dale and I sat beside each other at BCI. I must have asked him hundreds of questions over time relating to our work. Dale seemed to be protective of me and we became good friends. We spoke about many things and I ALWAYS respected his advice as well as his silliness and jokes. We had each other’s back. A very good and ethical man! Rest now, Dale.
