Her career was being a wonderful mom and always being there for all of us. Her passion for her family and love she showed was endless. She had a great zest for life, nature and making others happy. She endeared herself to those who knew her with pure honesty and humor. Her talent for cooking fresh produce from her garden brought friends & family to her home to enjoy festive meals on every occasion throughout the year. There was nothing that she enjoyed more than throwing a big dinner party where you may have entered as a stranger but left as a friend. She loved nature with all its creatures and flora holding a particular fondness in caring for her hummingbirds which returned each season. She shared many of her talents through beautiful roses and blueberries she had grown giving them to neighbors & friends. Those who spent time with her benefited greatly from her caring concern, laughter and loving counsel. She was an uplifting source of joy and wisdom to so many, always looking for ways to help others. I will always remember how warm and welcoming you were to me and my family. After my mother passed, Peggy said “I can be your new mom”. It was one of the sweetest thing anyone had ever told me and Peggy meant it too! She loved cooking for her family and guests alike. She made everyone feel welcomed. She loved her garden and her flowers. She loved riding her jacked up, mag wheeled golf cart on the property in Kingston Springs that Danny built for her. I know your in heaven with the Lord and you have no more pain. You touched my life when I needed you most. We will truly miss you, you were such a good soul. You brought joy and laughter into everything you did. I loved you so much. I am praying for Jimmy, Danny and Lisa to have peace with the Lord’s decision to call Peggy home.
