Hero Program
Special Protection for our Community Heroes
- Every active or retired (must be drawing a pension) serviceman, policeman, fireman and EMT qualifies for the heroes program
- Any hero killed in the line of duty will receive a traditional service, 18 gauge casket and Delphi concrete container at no cost
- Any hero killed in the line of duty will receive traditional or lawncrypt ground burial at no cost
- Any qualifying hero dying from a non-duty related cause will receive a 20% discount on funeral and cemetery ground burial arrangements (double the normal Peace of Mind Plus discount) Any spouse of a qualifying hero will receive a 20% discount on at-need funeral andcemetery ground burial arrangements
- Both the qualifying hero and spouse will receive a 20% discount on pre-need funding
- 20% discount also available for mausoleum entombment and Walled/Hedged Estates ($3,000 per couple cap)
